The best water for health, healing and wellness. The right water for energizing my life. This is truly something I am passionate about. If there was only one thing you could do for your physical health, it would start with water and not all filters are created equal. I need to be at my optimal and more importantly I want my family and THIS is where it starts.
We are made up of 60% percent water and not all water is created equal. Most of you that know I am passionate about health and it is because my personal journey walking through a lot of struggle I have personally felt and lived the depths of struggle. Having not only clean water but the right water for my family is essential.

Up to 60% of the human adult body is water. According to H.H. Mitchell, Journal of Biological Chemistry 158, the brain and heart are composed of 73% water, and the lungs are about 83% water. The skin contains 64% water, muscles and kidneys are 79%, and even the bones are watery: 31%.We are not only what we eat but mostly what we drink. And our water in the us is not great or clean.

I like to keep things simple, and there is honestly just a lot out in the market. I have tested and tried them all. This is the company I use, recommend, and love.
My favorite and what I recommend is two products.
1. The whole house water filtration system. (cleans the water, but it does not alkalize the water)
2. The k8 Kangen. This would be the one investment if you had to choose. Portable. Plug and use and everything at your fingertips to having the best water to consume and cook within your kitchen or wherever you may go. I set it up under my kitchen sink.
