Baby # 3 is a….

Pink or blue? We were going to wait to find out what this baby D was…. our thoughts were this is it, it honestly doesn’t matter either way, so lets just wait until the baby is born. But yes my Type A planner starting kicking in and we both couldn’t wait so we found out on Saturday what we were having!

I knew it and I couldn’t imagine it any other way than to add another BOY to this crazy bunch!! I think everyone was pulling and hoping for a little girl because naturally we had two boys. Common responses have been… “I am so sorry… wew three boys.” “You are going to have your hands full.” or even “well the fourth will surely be a girl, or are you going to have another?”

First off… God knew exactly what he was doing. Anyone that truly knows me knows that I am a little scrappy and rough around the edges. I result it to growing up with three brothers and being stuck as the middle child between it all. I played sports, I road four-wheelers in the mud, I hung with the boys growing up, and I have competitive juice running in my blood. I was in survival mode and I was a tom boy until high school! Since then I have found mascara, manners, and high heels but boys are what I know. I knew if we had a third it would be another boy and I had a third because I wanted a third baby. 🙂

So to answer some questions yes be will be crazy! Have you met me yet though, we are already cray cray! 🙂 Or like my Mom asked, are you going to have a fourth then?…. And Mom did you really just ask that and that would be a NO! 😉

One of the reasons we are finishing the basement is because it is coming with a downstairs playroom(to try to move some noise down) and wine room (for mom after baby of course!) 🙂

Here was the cake from the gender reveal party. Literally 15 minutes before everyone was arriving I look over and August was on the table eating the cake!!!! He said, “cake good mommy.” And you could see the inside… it was like mockery! Jeremy ran it back to the baker and we were able to do a little patch job! Oh my August! In hindsight I should have just grabbed the camera and relished the moment!

Roman was so excited so we let him cut the cake!

Roman after cutting it looked really confused. I had to explain that blue icing inside means boy and boy means brother.

BOY!

I can finally share this! This pregnancy has been extra fun and special because one of my bffs is expecting a baby in February too! We are only a week apart! And well this past weekend we found out we are both having BOYS! And yes we are buckling up for the ride! It IS GOING TO BE CRAZY! But I kinda like crazy and not normal and I can not wait to meet our baby boy in February!
