Dear August,
Today sweet boy you turn two and I can hardly believe that two years has passed since you came into our lives. To say you have rocked mine and your Dad’s world would be an understatement. You are determined, strong, energetic, loving, and you keep all of us laughing (yes and sometimes crying) keeping up with you. 🙂
I don’t know how else to explain it except that you were meant for me and I could not see my world without you in it. You have taught me so much, and yet you are only two. I have a tendency to go wide open by tackling one project to the next and in your own way you have reminded me to slow down and to enjoy the moment whatever it may be. You see life so pure and simple and full of joy. Everyday your little beaming smile makes our days brighter.
Happy 2nd birthday sweet boy. Love you all the way to the moon and back.
