I wanted to write to give everyone an update on Trey. I want to say God is so great and Trey you are such a strong young man! He made it through over 9 hours of brain surgery yesterday! I would rather just quote from his Mom’s update to make sure I don’t mess anything up!Cherie said,”He’s better today, trying to move him out of ICU to a regular hospital room. Surgery was a success, we hope to bring him home by Wednesday and return a week later to remove stitches and “Gamma Knife” radiation on his surgical area and another spot on the right side of his brain, then move on to treatment or trail for him shortly thereafter… Hopefully we’ll have him up and walking later today. He’s doing awesome for everything he’s been through, God love him and keep the prayer chains going, we’re going to beat this one way or another!!!”This is AMAZING news. He still has a long road ahead of him, but with the fight in him…..he is going to beat this!!! His Dad, Charlie, said he was even wanting to eat some Chick-f-la earlier!On my note….. I wanted to remind everyone that I will be in California until Wednesday and I am not sure if I will have internet access where I will be.
