Network, Come on out!

Network. It is one of the most powerful things you can do for your life and your career. We are all driven by the “who’s” that we have in our life not the “whats”. The people you have in your life and you surround yourself with can vastly change your life, your career path, and shape our community. Networking is also not easy for everyone. As social as I sound(or appear rather), I actually classify as an extroverted introvert. Yes put me in room of people I don’t know… you will find me by the food eating “bon- bons”. If you don’t know anyone… don’t let it stop you, come eat bons bons with me! 😉

I have had this idea for SOOO long, but it has taken a ton of time and work to make this happen. I have wanted to create an environment that is casual, open-ended, fun, and also an environment that allows us to learn from one another and grow. I want this event to be way bigger than me. There will be roughly 30 minutes of content(zero selling) the first night, but my goal is to do this quarterly and bring in others to share their knowledge as well that we can use in our life, business, etc. I want it to be for photographers, real estate agents, Moms, business owners, ANYONE. The first topic will be on organization and Jenny and I will be showing how to organize your life and business. Something that I get asked over and over is file and document organization and we will be covering all that! Jenny will also be sharing some branding and business tips for organizing and cleaning up your brand!

First I had to figure out how do we make this happen? We had two options. Just get people together and ask them bring a drink to share and/or an app to share OR just charge a small fee that would cover space rental, wine, and tapas. Basically in a nut shell this is not for profit…. we are pulling all this together and giving our time just to make this happen! Because we believe this much in community, networking, and YOU. We decided to go with option two. I didn’t want people to have to stress about anything. I wanted you to be able to get kids(or husband or puppy or stuffed animal) ready for bed and then come join us!

These networking events are about nothing other than learning a little, but the driving force is creating an environment to meet others in and around our community that can support, guide and help you reach a goals.
