It all started in July. We walked into Pirates of the Caribbean store at Disney World, and my boys went nuts. I mean those stores are strategically placed huh? Guns, outfits, eye patches, swords, hats…. they were like Mom/Dad please. At this point in the day we were exhausted and everyone was started to go into meltdown mode.. you know when all logical thinking starts going out the window. A little lightbulb went off and I said, what about we be pirates for Halloween? Well the rest is history.
My younger two boys are 3 and 8 months and we have been enjoying the radio wagon flyer walking around the hood, and I mentioned to my husband can you make this into a pirate ship. I mean I was thinking cardboard box style. I never imagined he would turn it into a legit wooden ship! I think I will do a separate how to post on this. It became a fun project that the boys also loved helping with as well!
So Argghhhhh here is a little glimpse of my crazy bunch on Halloween. SUCH A FUN NIGHT!!!!

My husband looks legit right? I mean he could totally work at Disney! And yes he even let me put a little eye makeup on him!

One of my favorite pictures from the night…. Be still my heart!

My main men.

Haha… I mean…

Silas had no idea what to think about all the craziness of Halloween!

Roman the oldest!

Wild man August.

And Baby Silas…. If you just call him Silas…. August will correct you that no it is Baby Silas.

Check out the detail of that ship… I know for realz….

I mean this is so him… He does everything with intensity!

Trick or treating time! My Favorite thing about Halloween? The kids excitement and being able to see so many neighbors in one night! Until next year! 🙂
